Reader Reviews:Patronising. Really patronising. (1/3 people found this helpful)Overall, there's some passably decent recipes here, but it depends how you want them presented.
A great veggie cookbook (3/4 people found this helpful)When I first moved into my own home many years ago, I was given How to Boil an Egg as a housewarming present more as a joke than anything else. However, I found that it was a great little book. When I gave up eating meat, I discovered that the same author had produced this little gem.
Fantastic Fodder! (4/5 people found this helpful)A fantastic book! Full of ideas for meals whether you're vegetarian or not. Some of my favourite dishes are in here. I've had mine so long its fallen apart and I've had to get another! An essential book for new vegetarians (6/7 people found this helpful)I first came across this book almost ten years ago and for a (then) newbie vegetarian, it was an absolute godsend. The recipes are in decent portions as opposed to other vegetarian cookbooks and are not too complicated to make. The book is also very reasonably priced too.
