Caeser is struggling to overthrow the little Gaulish village we all know so well. He recruits a shrewd young businessman to find a way to corrupt the village from within, destroying it with greed. As fate would have it the first Gaul he meets is Obelix who is out delivering menhirs...

A great read with the trademark amazing artwork. It's scary to see how quickly the village is taken over by money & greed and you feel for Asterix as he watches his best friend becoming a greedy businessman.

Highly recommended and a great addition to the Asterix series. Re-inked & in hardback, this is a must for any Asterix fan.
