Reader Reviews:Insufficient Light (0/0 people found this helpful)To understand all is to forgive all, said Goethe. Well, reading this book did make me feel a bit more understanding of Blunkett the man, though I remain far away from Blunkett the politician (before office, anti-South Africa and very institutional Labour; in office, inflexible and a poor home Secretary; after office but still in Parliament, one of the so many and too many MP's who make thousands of pounds a week for not very much as "advisers", scribblers etc, plus the old MP salary and "expenses").
very good (2/3 people found this helpful)This was an honestly written book by the author about his origins, and what made him the person he is today. Well worth a read if biography's are your cup of tea!
