Spanish Pronouns and Prepositions (1/1 people found this helpful)

This does exactly what it says, Practice Makes Perfect - Excellent for anyone learning Spanish - the drills give you practice and the confidence to progress.

Like the other books in the Practice Makes Perfect series, this book gives you thorough explanations with examples and exercises. This series of books was the only one I could find at the time which is so comprehensive. For me, the important thing is that these books have exercises to help reinforce what they're teaching. I live in Spain where there are no classes which go about the beginner level of Spanish, and this book and the others in the series have proved invaluable.

spanish pronouns and prepositions (6/7 people found this helpful)

When I first came across this book I didn't buy it because I thought it would be very boring, but my Spanish teacher insisted that I should get a copy. It is very useful - thorough, extremely clear, and full of exercises for practice and reinforcement. It has no illustrations and is all in black and white, so not it's not visually appealing and several of the exercises assume a knowledge of American sports personalities, which I find very irritating, but the author does seem to have a sense of humour that lightens things up!
