Reader Reviews:Good introduction to CMYK printing (0/0 people found this helpful)I found this book very interesting to get a better insight into preparing files for CMYK printing. It focuses on learning to evaluate CMYK values in photos to understand how they will print (instead of Color Management). Through the techniques in this book, you can get more predictable and better results in print. Although the subject of this book is photos in photoshop, when you understand the principles it explains, they are easily translated into other graphics programs and different types of documents that have to be printed in CMYK. A real eye opener (0/0 people found this helpful)Even though I'm not a graphics pro and don't get involved in CMYK work, this book has really helped me understand representation of colour much better - in Photoshop and other apps. Forget expensive devices, just use your eyes and your brain. It is so rare that a *manual* (if that's a fair description) is such an absorbing read. Recommended Thanks Dan....
