This is a really handy book, it gave me a much better understanding into fortran 90 and how it works. I realised patterns throughout the workings so I was able to make educated decisions for my own programs. I used it to learn fortran 90, but I believe other people use it to update from fortran 77; the differences in the two programs are outlined. There are also a lot of ueful exercises and case histories.
