This book is invaluable to any classical guitarist. Whilst it isn't a method book per se, it will prove very useful to anyone wishing to improve their classical technique.
If you've learnt to use a fairly tradionational position prepare to be shocked. Whilst Tennant always advocates what works, he has important things to say to anyone who has suffered from or wishes to avoid tendonitis.
The book is worth buying for the warmup exercises alone. These being much more effacious than scales are at achieving anything similiar.
