Reader Reviews:This is gourmet grilling! (1/1 people found this helpful)This book is designed for people who want to be creative with their grill. Anyone can throw on some steaks or chops, close the lid and wait until they're brown and cooked to their liking. This is designed to show how wonderfully versatile a grilling machine can be. It's full of exciting ways of cooking eggs, cheese, meat, poultry, fish, vegetables, fruit and toasted sarnis. It gives you all the basics in the front, too, but a whole book of that would be pretty boring, wouldn't it? A Waste of Money , Time and Space. (6/8 people found this helpful)
