Once again James Patterson does not disappoint. I love every one his books and they have me on the edge of my seat to the very end.

One of the worst James Patterson books ever !! (2/2 people found this helpful)

I was really looking forward to reading this book as I was given to understand it was great. It wasn't. I can only say it was a very disappointing book indeed and one of the worst James Patterson books I have read. Patterson should write his own books, as before, and not keep churning them out at such at rate that he has to hide behind the real author, Michael Ledwidge, who clearly wrote this book and needs to be told he cannot write !!

Run for your life - great! (0/2 people found this helpful)

As usual a Patterson book that lives up to the excitement you expect - I do like this new series - lots of human touches.

POOR PATTERSON (2/2 people found this helpful)

What a incredibly bad book. "Run For Your Life" has a distinctly make weight plot. The characters are irritatingly stereotypical that appear to be copied from a strait to DVD thriller from tinseltown. Mike Bennett's multitude of children create a sense of ambivelent pity and the character development of Mike himself is very poor, perhaps due to the fact that there is a chapter every 3-4 pages. The Teacher lacks believability and menace which is driven by poor narrative and worse research. In truth you could not care if he lives, dies or gets away with it.

This book was a waste of my life and be wary of positive reviews, really the worst I have read in some time.

On the plus side it is easilly readable and does fire along which is perhaps its only saving grace; once started its not difficult to finnish and to find a better book.
