Reader Reviews:Nothing revolutionary (2/2 people found this helpful)This book provides a great history of Kenyan distance running and for those wishing to understand that side of things a great purchase. Whilst it does give a basic overview of training schedules of verious top athletes, it's not particularly detailed.
