Reader Reviews:A MUST have saddle fitting guide! (5/5 people found this helpful)If you really care about the comfort of your horses back , this very clear, very affordable book will tell you all you need to know about how your horses saddle should REALLY fit his back. It is common sense, uncomplicated and the photos show how a horses back should and shouldnt look if he has the right or wrong saddle fitted. I had the great fortune of meeting the author and being at a lecture by her, it has totally changed the way I view saddles and my work with horses. If you get the chance to meet Kay Humphries then do so as she is a fountain of knowledge and REALLY cares about a horses comfort, but get this book first. indispensible guide - every horse owner should have one (2/2 people found this helpful)This book should be compulsary - it is easy to read and well illustrated and covers the basics of what a badly fitting saddle looks like - and the damage it can do to your horse. Be warned this may prove a costly purchase - it made my friend go out and buy a new saddle right away!
