I have read quite a few books on Scottish Politics, and this is an absolute gem.
This is a perfect text book, clearly written by someone who knows his stuff. It covers central, local government, the media etc etc. Read it and instantly become well informed on recent Scottish politics.
If only all political books were written in such a clear and well structured way.
