If you are Scottish and you like to laugh then this book is for you. if you find Still Game, Rab C, Tam Cowan, Rikki F, The Big Yin and all that lot funny then you qualify to like this gallus collection of stories and funny pics gathered by the Diary Team of the Glasgow Herald. Buy it and store it by the cistern and you will be laughing on many a ceramic cruise from now until Chrimbo. Serious recomendations.

These two guys truly have their inky fingers on the comic pulse of day-to-day life in Scotland - but you don't have to be Scottish to enjoy their humour. Their collection of anecdotes is utterly hilarious. I read it on the bus going to work, and became so convulsed with tearful laughter that I convinced my fellow passengers I was nuts! That might not sound like praise, but it is - when was the last time the written word moved you like that?
