Reader Reviews:Poor quality flaps (0/0 people found this helpful)This book has a good enough story (for Easter), and can help with counting, but as my daughter was really getting into lift the flap books, I bought this book as I thought it would be better than some others.
gGeat Easter present better than an egg (2/2 people found this helpful)Eggs are eaten in a flash, but an Easter story book lasts for ever. Love lift the flap books children still enjoy story after reading it again and again. Good quality hard back, is lasting very well considering the amount of times read and flapped if there is such a word! A good idea for teachers as well... (6/6 people found this helpful)In my opinion, this is a very nice book if you like story-telling. As a teacher of English as a foreign language, I've tried it in my classes and it worked! Kids like it very much! The only downside is that it's a bit small, specially the eggs that Spot and Helen find; besides, it borrows a few ideas from 'Where's Spot?' Once again, he tries to find the eggs under ths stairs, in the clock, etc. However, this time the egg hunt also takes place... outdoors!
SPOT's First EASTER (4/4 people found this helpful)lift-the-flap book, from Eric Hill.
An Easter Egg Hunt for Spot and Helen! (38/40 people found this helpful)This is a well illustrated little board book , just right for little hands. The story shows Spot and his friend Helen, trying to find the Easter eggs that the Easter bunny has hidden for them in and around Spot's home. You can count the eggs along with Spot and lift the various flaps to try to uncover those hidden eggs. Bright and Cheerful! My 2year old son loved it,especially as we then had our own Easter egg hunt and he knew exactly what to do.
