A very usefull tool in the area of understanding how the railways developed, based upon the very difficult changes of Slovak rule.The infulance on the developing railway system is explaned and easy to understand. The book is well endowed with pictures from evern the first horse-drawn train through to locomotives that are in use today. Be warned once you read the wright-up on the different lines you will want to go and see them for yourself some are truely amazing. This book is for historains,rail enthuasts and anybody that has been or is going to visit.
