With the current boom of interest in Sweden and it's culture - this was a refreshing choice of book to overview the tastes that Sweden has to offer. Often overlooked and only appreciated in Ikea's foodhalls - this book will explain the traditions and cultures that create the flavours of Sweden.
An enjoyable book.
