I was brought up with Carribean food and have a mother who is very critical when it comes to good Carribean food. I made the coconut sweet bread and I have to say, my mum loved it!! It tasted very authentic. The reciepe's are simple and the book is full of colour and pictures. I have made lots of meals for friends and family following the recipes and they love it!! The colourful pictures also makes this book at lot more interesting.
