Nearly as good as the tadpoles (0/0 people found this helpful)

If you are getting a little tired of Ten Tiny Tadpoles, not becuase it's dull, but because if yo have it, it will be in constant demand, then this is for you.

The rhymes are not quite up to tadpoles, but it's pretty close and the caterpillars are possibly even cuter!

Lovely book with a pop up surprise ending (0/0 people found this helpful)

This is an excellent book to get your under threes to be interested in books.

The story line is not to long ans soon becomes familiar to them. The happy caterpillers are raised from the pages and as the storey counts down from 10 to 1 the magically and very cleverly dissappear.

And the pop up butterflies at the end are a real treat for children.

The book is lovingly illustrated and colourful.

My son has enjoyed this book from 18 months to over 3 now and still gets excited as the storey counts down from 10 to 1 to the butterflies.

Excellent Toddler Read (0/0 people found this helpful)

My two and a half year old absolutely adored this book. It is really good for encouraging early counting skills and when the butterflys pop out on the final pages she was absolutely delighted. It is a favourite bed-time read.

great for babies too! (2/2 people found this helpful)

The is the first book I read to my son and now it is a daily ritual. The colourful pictures and movement of the pop-up on the last page have entertained him from 3 weeks old. The 3D caterpillars are great for little hands to explore and now he is able to clap and smile when he wants it to be read again. So much enjoyment, and he can't even count yet. I am sure this will give him a head start with numbers and counting backwards. A definite must for all ages.
