Received the book on a saturday morning and promptly went to supermarket to buy ingredients. Started measuring and mixing soon to realise that the quantities given were astronomically large! They took up even more than our largest mixing bowl! There was no indication of how many muffins this would produce. However, it was extremely large. The first step involved mixing water with 1.5L of Bran cereal, however it never stated how much water to use. I feel that the steps for cooking were not thorough enough. Do not buy this book unless you are feeding for the 5000! (who like very soggy muffins - too much water!).
