I totally agree with the previous review - this book is not meant for the UK market. Unless you like American and Canadian cooking pleeeeeese do not waste your money. Most of the ingredients are elusive in this country or have different names, so you would need another book to translate the ingredients !!
Its aptly called slow cooker recipes - so slow in my home ive never managed to make even one of the recipes and to be honest none of them even sound very appetizing.

This slow cooker book is made for the american/canadian market not the uk. Buying ingredients and even identifying some ingredients was difficult and the measurements were not appropriate.
