Reader Reviews:Increased my admiration for Bus Drivers No-end! (1/1 people found this helpful)This is quite simply a fantastic read and gave me a true understanding what it is like for your average Bus Driver, why these guys aren't on the New Years Honours List every year for the things they encounter whilst driving through the streets of Glasgow I shall never know, after all they give you more service than an Politician ever has, or could. I could not put this book down, it is full of some very terror-ridden and also some very funny moments, the Bus Drivers seem to have a very highly-evolved sense of humour which no-doubt helps them deal with what they encounter on a daily basis. I urge you to get this book for yourself, in fact buy one for a friend or loved-one at the same time, I really do rate it that much. For Those About to Drive, We Salute You! Can't wait for the next book by The Driver (2/2 people found this helpful)A great book about the crazy world of the Glasgow night bus. The Driver writes in a fantastic witty way. I don't read a lot but couldn't put this book down. The Driver is a modern literary genious. Buy this book now.
