at first, i found it hard to identify my bodyshape, but after re-reading a couple of times the different types of bodies (the ones i most identified with), i was able to figure it out!
the problem i found is that sometimes you fit into two categories. a friend of mine, for instance, has the legs of one type and the upper body of another type, but you may still find it usefull if you're able to combine both chapters advice

The traditional 3 or 4 body types never seemed to fit me but this book literally fits the bill.

Glad I didn't pay full price and rooted out a second-hand copy.
Once you've read it and discovered your body shape (skittle), picked up a few tips and surveyed your wardrobe then there's not a lot else to it.
Gleaned what I could from it and passed it on to a friend.

I truly take my hat off to Trinny and Susannah! Their practical no nonsense approach to how we see ourselves and how to make the best for and of ourselves really works, if you have even just a little bit of courage to try their advice. I've seen it work on me and on others to whom I've shown their "bible". It's true!! Of course, there's also the whole matter of our different body shapes - thank God someone finally found more than just the traditional "apple and pear" shapes. Thank you, girls!
