Reader Reviews:i liked it (0/0 people found this helpful)at first, i found it hard to identify my bodyshape, but after re-reading a couple of times the different types of bodies (the ones i most identified with), i was able to figure it out!
Great Book (0/0 people found this helpful)These girls are great. This book really helped me shopping for new clothes. Finally I can dress myself! Good to have description that`s me! (0/0 people found this helpful)The traditional 3 or 4 body types never seemed to fit me but this book literally fits the bill. Interesting but.. a must! (0/0 people found this helpful)I truly take my hat off to Trinny and Susannah! Their practical no nonsense approach to how we see ourselves and how to make the best for and of ourselves really works, if you have even just a little bit of courage to try their advice. I've seen it work on me and on others to whom I've shown their "bible". It's true!! Of course, there's also the whole matter of our different body shapes - thank God someone finally found more than just the traditional "apple and pear" shapes. Thank you, girls!
