A page turner (0/0 people found this helpful)

I have never read a Mitch Albom book and now have he's collection!
This book is beautifully written with you wanting to know more even after the book has finished.
Mitch Albom has the readers attention at the start- teasing you only slightly as to what will happen next and has the gift to open the mind and continue to question the story line after you've reached the ending.
I would recommend( and have to many friends) this book for an enjoyable read

An interesting story idea.... (0/0 people found this helpful)

I bought this book because I thought what an interesting story idea, unusual!

I loved this book, I just couldn't put it down, I was really cross if I got interrupted and its not often that books make me feel this way.

It was a simple tale but the story itself was unusual and interesting. I really felt as though I knew Eddie, and felt the emotions he felt. I could also see the logic in the idea of meeting five people in Heaven
....

I thoroughly enjoyed this book, so much so, I will lend it to friends but I will not part with it because it is a book I will revisit.

Original and lovely (0/0 people found this helpful)

I read this book in one sitting as it is absolutely amazing. It is quite a thin book and easy to read but I loved the original storyline and it is so though-provoking to read a different portrayal of heaven and not just the fluffy white clouds etc! I loved the way that Eddies life was influenced by someone he had never even met and it really made me think about the mysteries of life! Sad and entertaining at the same time, I highly recommend this book!!!

An amazing read! (0/0 people found this helpful)

This book appeared on my recommendations on Amazon and I was intrigued. I got the book and read it in a day. Not just because it is a short book but because I couldn't put it down. It may sound contrived but this book is amazing. It gave me so much to think about and it had me sobbing my heart out. I recommend this book to everyone and another recommendation is to have a box of tissues handy while reading.

The Five People you meet in heaven- WOW (1/1 people found this helpful)

I am 17 years old. I first bought this book at Gatwick airport on my way to a lovely holiday in the sun, I bought it to keep me occupied on the plane and BOY did it..I couldnt put it down, Instead of making friends on holiday i prefered to stay on the sunbed and read my book, and once id read it once i read it a few more times, then i lent it to friends and then I bought the film, although not as good as the book but its hard to top. Loved every minute of it.
