Reader Reviews:It is a Bible of Persian Cooking (0/0 people found this helpful)If you do not have any books about Persian Cooking, this is the one to start. I would not say all recipies in this book are easy, but not diffcult. Some spicies might be diffcult for you to find, however, many inrternet shops can help you. (My favourate recipie is 'Aubergine and Lam Stew'.) Unfortunately, it is a quite expensive book. Excellent (5/5 people found this helpful)This book not only contains some great, authentic, recipes, but is also a very good read; illuminating the history of an ancient and very distinctive cuisine. Be warned though, alot of Persian dishes are incredibly time consuming and require a great deal of practice! staceys review (5/8 people found this helpful)i found this book a very interesting read and the food was absolutly delicious (my bieng modest!)the simplist food actually seemed the most complex.
