The one problem I have with it is that many of the recipes use the American "cup" measurement which is no good for us Brits! As a consequence I haven't used many of the recipes. Very Good Book but its a reprint. (9/9 people found this helpful)I have really enjoyed the recipes in this book - lots of ideas of how to eat a low GI diet. The problem I have is that I also ordered "The Low GI Vegetarian Cookbook (Paperback)" also by Dr Jennie Miller (not from Amazon) and it is exactly the same book but with a different cover. So, I just wanted to advise everyone that you only need to buy one of them.
