Reader Reviews:

4/5 stars

Food fit for an Olympian! (4/4 people found this helpful)

There are some great, easy to follow recipes in this book. Tasty, healthy, and well thought through.

Nutritional information is provided for those that like to know such things (not me).

Ainsley's writing style is intimate and friendly... as if he were in the room showing you how it's done. You don't have to be a fan of his to enjoy this book.

Also with the Olympic angle you also get an insight into what some of your favourite athletes like to eat (i.e. Matthew Pinsent and his bacon-buster sarnie!).
