Reader Reviews:My favourite tarot... (3/3 people found this helpful)I spent many years looking for my ideal tarot deck and when I discovered the Sacred Circle, I rediscovered my enthusiasm for the tarot itself... The images are beautiful and thought-provoking and perfect for meditation as well as divination. Everyone who has seen my deck wants a set of their own - wonderful! Simply Stunning (7/7 people found this helpful)I bought a set of these cards for my sister after beind drawn to their images online. I showed the box (unopened of course) to a friend who was equally stunned by them. We both then ordered a set for each other! I felt instantly connected with the cards. The images are stunning in their relevance and detail to traditional pagan images and their connection with the elements. Anna Franklin & Paul Mason deserve many congratulations for their dedication in producing a deck to this high standard. The cards themselves are suitable for beginners with their key words and also for more experienced readers with their attention to detail in each image. What more can I say? very honest (3/3 people found this helpful)This is a good solid honest Tarot deck, really nice visually. Early days of getting to know it, but realised instantly that it tells it how it is ... a good thing! This tarot is excellent! (1/1 people found this helpful)This tarot deck is brilliant. The reason I think this is because everything about it speaks to the subconscious, which is exactly what a tarot reader wants. The images are haunting and beautiful, but at the same time imperfect, playful and funny, just like the human mind. It somehow manages to amalgamate traditional ideas with a really good contemporary feel. It's a tarot deck which is dreamlike, not in an arty way, but like real, human dreams. Wonderful!! A powerful deck (12/12 people found this helpful)As soon as I touched the box after opening the outer Amazon packing I felt the cards talking to me, I picked them up and now I can't put them down, I have many decks and this is one of my favourites, the cards are beautifully done, the images easy to understand and the link to the Tarot from the Celtic tarot is also easy to understand, as for the book that is brilliantly done, with the Fool's journey being described at the end of each card, what he has learned etc. A must have deck for anyone, I showed this deck to a friend of mine who does professional tarot readings and she was over the moon with it, in fact she was so over the moon her sister asked me to order one for her for her birthday, the cards are powerful and I am looking forward to doing readings with them. What you say? You have done no readings with them? At this moment in time I am reading through the book to line my thoughts up with the Celtic and Tarot meanings as some of the cards are slightly different, but still a beautiful and powerful deck to have and own.
