This book has been on my step-daughter's book shelf for some time. I read it in about an hour and I must say it is very sweet. I can see 7-14 year olds really enjoying it. It did end a bit short but it wasn't in a terribly disappointing way. My step-daughter tries to act just like Tracy now (yikes!) and she loves the tele program. Tracy is a great character.

I think this book is very good and I have read it many times. My friend thinks it is really dumb well i suppose its not to bad but it is quite good. But i also think Jacqueline Wilson is a brilliant author.

My name is Jaimini patel and i am 8 years old I think many children will enjoy this book. I think this book is for all ages.
It is about a girl called Tracy Beaker who is ten years old and she lives in a childrens home but would like to live in a real home with a real family one day.

I think the story of tracy beaker was a wonderful book and i would give it top marks any time.It is one that you must read if you are between 9-12.
