Thank you for producing a book at last with Cypriot Greek recipes, rather than from Greece! Quality photos showing how the dishes should turn out and a fine selection - from snacking to family feasts. Highly recommended for anyone who wishes to revisit happy times on the blessed paradise isle of Cyprus.

I Have Recently Perchased This Fine Book. Unlike Any Other Cook Books I Have Read, This Is Very Original And Easy To Follow. While Cooking These Euthentic Aroma Filling Recipes, I Enjoyed Sitting Back And Enjoying Reading The Creactive Poems Seperating Each Chapter And Throughout. To Name Some Of The My Favourite Mouth Watering Recipes: Chicken Tavan, Kleftiko and Moussaka. I Highly Recommend This Book And I Would Give It 10/10. OOPA!!

I have read many cook books in my time and this I must agree is the best. Not only are the recipies so straight forward to cook, the dishes will leave your mouth watering for more. I enjoyed sitting back and relaxing reading the hand full of poems that seperates each chapter. What you see is what you get with this book and as you are cooking the delicious reciples you can almost feel the Cypriot atmosphere. If you want a euthentic cook book I highly recommend purchasing this. I will give this 10 out of 10.

I find the recipes in this book, real, as if I was really sitting in Cyprus.
And my brothers Fiance who's parents live in Cyprus, has been looking for one of the vine leave recipes for ages. She could not beleive her eyes, she said it was a great present to receive.
The book is written so if feels like a friend is telling you how to cook.
