This is a simple and not overcomplicated little book which does precisly what it says on the cover. It is not overly sentimental but captures why this memorial is so important to the US and her people. The depth of exerience and very sound construction which takes the subject seriously makes this a good starting point for exploring the Viet Nam Memorial.
