Reader Reviews:

1/5 stars

This book is a waste of money. (7/8 people found this helpful)

If you're interested in cricket, or you want to improve your game, do not read this book. The authors have hit upon the novel idea of stating the obvious and padding it out to 70 pages of drivel. The highlight of this dreadful book is the startling revelation that to remain fit a player must eat healthily and avoid fatty foods. Amazing... I anticipated that the much-trumpeted all-action CD-Rom which is included with the book would prove me wrong and show me that I had spent my money wisely. I was mistaken in my optimism. It was little more than the author standing in his blazer in front of some school gym nets. This book is not worth the paper it is printed on. Do not waste your money!
