But instead, I bought a coaster. I only told me one exercise that I didn't know. If you really want to lose weight, all you need is will power and a little determination. I was almost insulted by how the author was speaking in this book. Tells you how to burn the flab from your midsection! Nothing seemed to help even though I have spent hundreds if not thousands to get a flat stomach. This book tells you what "fat burning foods" help get rid of the fat and flab that cover your abdominal muscles--and slims the rest of your body at the same time. This book has been a miracle to me. I can now actually see my abdominal muscles. I'm actually getting tired of hearing the compliments from friends and family. The best thing is--if the book does not flatten your belly you get every penny of your money back. So you deflate ONLY your belly and not your wallet. I not only have a flat stomach--but I have also lost 30 pounds in just 104 days. Explains the only logical method to flatten your stomach. Before I read the book I did extensive stomach exercises which only made my stomach look bigger and puffier. That's because I was buiding stomach muscles which pushed out the flab over my abdominals. The book showed me a 3-step approach to get rid of the flab that was covering my abs. Now I can actually see my abdominal muscles. And I no longer have an unsightly pot belly.
