Great story from Danielle Steel. This is one of the first novels I'd read of hers a few years back.
I've read this book more then once,( come to think of it I've read all her books more then once as I think she's a great author), the story was also released on video and DVD.
An easy read, it's a compulsive story, so be warned. It's like all her book, once you start reading it you can't put it down.
I don't want to tell you anything about the story as it will spoil it for you, and to me that wouldn't be fair.
A lovely and emotional novel by the great Danielle Steel.
A must for all fans and for people who have never read any of her books. Keep up the great work Danielle Steel. :-)

I bought this book at the airport while my plane was delayed. Once i started reading it i couldn't put it down. By the time i had gotten off the plane i was finished. Throughout the flight the book reduced me to tears, this poor womens pain and sorrow. It is a brillant story of love and survival it broke my heart and reduced me to tears. One of the best books i have ever read.

I read this book as it was given to me by my boyfriend's mother. I took the book, being polite, thinking I'm not reading a Danielle Steel book "theyr'e for the older readers" - completley untrue. I read the book in 1 day, with tears rolling down my cheeks, my heart throbbing as I begged for the tragedy not to happen. Then willing a women who has lost everything that meant the world to her to try again!! Ive never read a book and felt part of it. Steel manages to capture you and bring you so far into her book, you feel part of the situation, part of the life, part of the pain and part of the happiness. Five Stars one of the best books I have ever read.
