I found it very difficult to put this book down. It kept me up until late at night and stopped me from doing anything else for nearly three days!
The story unravels itself slowly, bringing together a complex tale full cunning twists and intrigue.
Throughout the book the sympathy is with Marielle, the lonely mother who has been through so much already, only to have her only son taken away from her as well.
The reader is left continuously wandering what's going to happen next and if the boy will be found alive... I guess there's only one way to find out!
