This is one of many books in my vegan library. I find the recipes very simple to follow. The ingredients are common and easy to find. The meal prepartion is fast and simple, and the end result is delicious!

A great source for some basic stuff like seitan and nut milks, as well as great main meals and desserts. Unbelievable carrot cake!!!!!

I have been using this cookbook since September of 1997. Every recipe I have tried has been delicious. All ingredients are easy to come by in my local health food store. Try the lemon date squares. They are out of this world.
