This is probably one of the most difficult cuisines to cook, unless, ofcourse you are the waza 'special cook'.
However, this book has done justice to this elegant cuisine and the recepies have been simplified for use by ordinary folks. I enjoyed cooking these dishes and they taste really superb. I have now bought a copy as well.
I thank the author and the chef's. The layout and the photos are of a high quality and easily read and followed.
I would recommend this book. Its worth a try.
