Reader Reviews:a writer of extraordinary talents and scope (0/0 people found this helpful)it is a mystery to me why this book is not more celebrated and known- particularly in the gay community. the talent displayed in this book is really extraordinary. glave is a master stylist and takes immense risks that pay off. the stories he tells are often from people whose voices are traditionally unheard in our society and he has an uncanny ability to help you hear them in all their complexity. there are also no easy answers in his stories.
