Reader Reviews:women romantic poets are finally heard (3/3 people found this helpful)For years it seems that only the leaders of Romantic poetry, the male poets such as Keats and Blake were published and read. Now the doors have opened for female Romantic poets as in this book they are finally published. We hear of early feminism, and how life was considered by women of a varity of social classes. I found this book interesting as the early progress towards the banishment of slavery are shown, as well as other revolutions of history are expressed. A worthwhile read!
